My name is Órlaith (Orla) Marnell and I have a BSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have worked with adults struggling with various issues, including grief, depression, anxiety and trauma. I have also helped many people who have problems in their relationships - problems with friends, family, colleagues and partners. These problems can have a huge effect on quality of life and self-esteem.
